Shiva Mirhosseini is the Founding Partner of Paving the Path LLC, a digital health consultancy firm serving PE and Venture-backed healthcare companies with their go-to-market strategies, technology, and partnership stack. Additionally, Shiva hosts the highly ranked ‘Paving the Path’ podcast, where she interviews influential women driving change in healthcare and technology entrepreneurship.

Previously, Shiva was VP of Enterprise Marketing Technology and Digital Experience at CVS Health, a Fortune 5 company. As the head of the Digitalization Committee for Enterprise Modernization, she led the digitalization of 300M+ print communications contributing to $40M+ in margin growth in the first year. Her leadership in creating an AI-enabled customer engagement platform resulted in remarkable improvements in customer acquisition, reduced annual medical costs by $150M, and tripled the digital adoption rate.

Shiva actively serves on the board of directors and marketing committees at esteemed organizations like the AAA and ANA. She holds an MBA from The Wharton School, a Master’s degree in International Studies from The Lauder Institute at UPenn, and a BA from Babson College.
